Finished watching #AmazingRace @AmazingRaceCBS #CongratsBrookeandScott sorry #TeamTheBoys
I was in LA during the finale so I didn't get to watch it until this morning.
As a gay ginger myself, I was very happy to see Brooke and Scott take home number one. Of course he is far more athletic than I ever was or ever could be. If I ran the race, my ending would be similar to Floyd from #TeamFun, near dead on the side of the road from heat exhaustion and dehydration.
I also would have been OK with #TeamLoLo winning as I get a boner every time I look at Logan. What a hot piece of ass. Here's my favorite scene of the entire series: Redmond, Matt, and Logan all shirtless.
I still have hatred in my heart for #TeamMomAndDad after they eliminated my future ex-husband Seth.
It was sad to see #TeamTheBoys get knocked out due to a bad decision and a bad cab driver. They could have recovered from one, but not both. I still want to rub my face in Redmond's beard for hours.
I'm sad The Race is over and I'm sad CBS is only doing one race a year these days. I don't want to wait nine month for my next adventure.

#AmazingRace 28 halfway point, go #TheBoys and #TeamBrookeandScott
We are halfway through the current season of The Amazing Race. We are down to six teams. Only three will make it to the finals. I currently like all but one team.
Team The Boys are the team to beat. Unless they have some bad luck, they will likely come out on top. I love watching Matt scamper up things like a fucking spider monkey. And I still want to rub my face in Redmond's beard for hours.
Team Brooke and Scott have come a long way. I was really surprised they made it out of Venice not in last place. Hopefully Brooke can pull her shit together. As a fellow gay ginger, I have to root for Scott. I love it when he flirts with Redmond.
Team Fun is exactly that. They are always smiling and having a great time. How can I not want them to win?
Team LoLo seem to be in the crosshairs of a couple other teams right now. Logan is so fucking hot I can't stand it. Why won't he take his shirt of again?
Team Liz and Mike as just so adorable. They have a speed bump to deal with as well as their failing team dynamics. I still love them and hope they figure things out.
Team Mom and Dad are the only ones I don't like. They knocked out my future ex-husband Seth with the U-turn so I will never forgive them. I want them out next!

Summer Reality Wrap-Up and Fall Preview
I cannot get enough of the Jersey Shore. I think every episode has been about "The Note". Talking about the note, writing the note, delivering the note, finding the note, confronting people about the note, and finally getting into a big girl fight about the note. The best thing is Sami is still with the NPD Ronny. I love it!
I'm also enjoying Bachelor Pad. This is a rip off of VH1's I Love Money before it was canceled because a murderer won season 3. I Love Money took people who used to be on dating shows and put them together in a house to compete in stupid challenges, vote people off, and hook up with each other. That is exactly what is happening on Bachelor Pad, except they manage to stretch it out for two hours. After last night with the third week of completely predictable results I'm getting very sick of these idiots.
Over on Bravo, Flipping Out is running its current season. While I sometimes get uncomfortable when Jeff goes all crazy on his staff, the recent episode without any flip outs was kind of a let down. I guess he did flip out at the guy who tracked mud in the house. The real star is Zoila and Jeff even made a joke about that in his meeting with the Rockafeller Center Kitchen people. It looks like he will be promoting Zoila to nanny in a future season.
Hoarders season 2 started on Labor Day with 2 new episodes and they were great. They had this crazy old women in Oklahoma who went out and got a whole bunch of stuff out of dumpsters after the first day of yard cleanup. Then there was a family in Bothell who hadn't taken anything out of their house in the 40 years they've lived there, including their two children now in their late 30's. Their house was is such disrepair they still had to move after the clean-up because it was condemned. The the best was this old guy in Florida whose house was filled with dolls, and tiki birds, crappy Asian style art, and assorted what-nots. He acted like Liberace but all he really wants is a lady to share his life with. Right, lady. Anyway I love this show as I am a borderline hoarder. I had a five minute mental debate this weekend after throwing out a receipt. I ended up throwing it out, but pulled it out two days later and put it in an envelope. I'm like one tragic event away from stacking newspapers in my hallway so watching this show helps me stay grounded.
And here are the upcoming fall reality shows:
The Real Housewives of Atlanta comes back on October 4th. I love this show! I think the one white chick became a lesbian or something.
The Amazing Race starts on September 26th. The teams don't look very interesting but I still like watching it.
The Apprentice returns on September 16th. This isn't The Celebrity Apprentice, this is old school, get a job after, The Apprentice. I haven't decided if I'm watching it yet.
And some other shows I'm not watching:

The 14th Race
Season 14 of The Amazing Race starts tonight. 11 new teams start a race around the world. Tonight they head off to one of my favorite countries Switzerland. Here are the interesting team to watch:- Jennifer and Preston - hot guy with super bossy girl. Just dump her.
- Amanda and Kris - hot guy with cool girlfriend.
- Margie and Luke - mother and son but the son is deaf.
- Mark and Michael - Brothers and little people and stuntmen. I hope they are on Chelsea.
- Mel and Mike - Father and son team who are both gay. Go gays!
There are also three girl-girl teams: The cheerleaders, the flight attendants, and the athletes. Also the Asian couple, the athletic old couple and the rednecks.
