I call him "the blond nerd who fills in for Rachel" as opposed to "the Jewish nerd who fills in for Rachel". Although some of the pictures on the internet make him look ginger (like me!). This photo he looks more brownish hair. Now I guess I'll just call him "the guy on before Rachel".
